Preparation instructions:

Standard porridge for babies from from the age of 4 1. Boil 100 ml of herbal drink and 100 ml of fresh water. 2. Cool to 50°C and pour into a bowl. 3. Gradually add 25 g (about 5 tablespoons) of the porridge mixture and mix well. 4. Leave for 1 min. until the porridge reaches the required consistency. Cool to a suitable temperature for eating (~37°C). Tip: porridge can also be made with infant formula or breast milk.

Making porridge with fruit from 6. From 1. Pour 70 ml of freshly boiled warm water into a bowl. 2. Add 2 tablespoons of the porridge mixture and 6-7 tablespoons of the fruit puree. 3. Cool and check the temperature (~37°C) before feeding.
