Cocoxim – a mild coconut cream – is a vmade from fresh young coconuts by cold-pressing, thus preserving all the beneficial properties of coconut. A very tasty alternative to animal milk. Great for soups, stews, sauces, desserts, ice cream or cocktails. Contains no preservatives, so the thick consistency may separate at lower temperatures. The changed consistency of the product does not affect the quality of the product.
