Organic agave inulin is a natural prebiotic and nutritious sweetener with a mild sweet taste.
Inulin is only obtained from organic fermented milk. It is a natural carbohydrate. Inulin is used as an additive in fermented products, confectionery (improves dough structure) and thickening (instead of flour). It can also be eaten after dissolving in warm water.
Excessive intake can cause diarrhoea.
