What do bees bring nectar from the forest? – Raspberries, blackberries, gooseberries, thyme, elderflowers, etc. Bees also collect nectar from the pollen tree in summer. Our honey mEsilans live in the forests adjacent to Dzūkija National Park. They live only in gardens, are treated with natural medicines and are surrounded by unpolluted nature. They are also very much loved and cared for, which is why their honey is certified organic by Všis Ecoagros.

Keep the honey tightly sealed in a dark, dry place.
Honey can be stored in the refrigerator if it is hermetically sealed. Low temperature slows or stops honey crystallisation. In addition, it prevents the honey from fermenting, i.e. it stays liquid for longer.
It is not recommended to take honey with a wet spoon, especially if it is liquid. Any liquid left in the honey will encourage fermentation.
