Organic white round rice
Organic white round rice is prized for its soft and sticky texture, making it perfect for dishes ranging from sushi and rice balls to creamy risottos and desserts. It’s easy to prepare white round rice: wash the rice until the water becomes clear. This also removes excess starch. then boil/steam in a pressure cooker or pot at a ratio of 1:1.25 (water to rice) for about 15-20 minutes. This versatile rice can be seasoned with vinegar for sushi, spiced for savoury dishes or sweetened with herbal drinks and/or sweeteners, making it a robust and versatile choice in the kitchen.
