White Basmati Mahogany rice has a wonderful taste and aroma. Great for stews with curry, pilaf, side dishes. Also delicious with vegan fat or oil.
Preparation: wash 1 part of the rice with cold water, add 2 parts of water and boil slowly. Once boiling, cover with a lid and simmer on low heat for 15 minutes. After removing from the heat, let the rice cook for another 5 minutes.
