How to use:
AVIZO is neither a medicine nor a food supplement, so the instructions for use are given as a recommendation only.
We eat relatively few fermented products, so there is not enough healthy acid in our diet. AVIZO should therefore be taken daily, preferably 1-2 tablespoons with each meal. A little AVIZO can be drunk before a meal and the rest after a meal. AVIZO can be added directly to food (juices, porridges, salads, mixes) if suitable.
The amount of lactic acid and bifidobacteria (including Bifidobacterium breve, Bifidobacterium longum, Lactobacillus acidophilus, Lactobacillus delbrueckii subsp. bulgaricus, Lactobacillus plantarum, Streptococcus thermophilus) in the product shall be at least 108 CFU/ml.
Best before: 6 months from date of manufacture (see on pack). Shake before use.
Drinking water, *maceration 10%, acidity regulator sodium bicarbonate, cultures of lactic acid bacteria and bifidobacteria.
