Organic red quinoa goes well with both hot and cold dishes. Can be used in salads, soups, stews. It’s delicious eaten hot – with condiments or sweet milk (coconut, soy or almond), nuts or fruit. Suitable for vegans.

Preparation: be sure to wash the croutons in cold water before cooking. Boil for 15 minutes, using 2x more water than the quinoa.
