Usage:
For a stimulating aromatic coniferous bath – 8-9 drops per 100 l of water. Enriched with the fragrance of essential oils, the bath allows the body to immerse itself in a unique world of plant scents and the spirit to rise above everyday life. Lying down in the bath, sitting down, as well as hand or foot baths are useful. As essential oils are insoluble in water, it is convenient to mix them in a tablespoon of syrup before taking a bath. Essential oils should not be poured into a hot bath as they evaporate quickly, the best water temperature is 36-37 degrees C. Shower before taking a bath, and do not use detergents in the aromatherapy bath as they reduce the effectiveness of the procedure. It is recommended to stay in the bath for 10-20 minutes. No need to rinse after the bath, just dry yourself with a soft towel. An aromatic bath is a very pleasant way to relax after a physically and mentally demanding day at work. A warm bath with essential oil relieves fatigue and tension.
For massage – 7-10 drops per 20 g (2 tbsp) of oil. Massage improves circulation and reduces stress, and essential oils, given their wonderful properties and scents, can enhance positive emotions. So focus on the whole body or a specific area and treat yourself to a relaxing, soothing or toning essential oil massage.
All essential oils are to be applied to the body in diluted form only! For home dilution, it is best to use cold-pressed olive oil from the first pressing. The rule of thumb for essential oils is the less the better. Enjoy spa treatments, waxes and massages with our carefully selected essential oils.
