These wholemeal organic sheep flakes are made from organic sheep. A traditional oatmeal porridge takes about 6-7 minutes to prepare. Because these crumbs are coarser, it takes longer for the body to digest them, so you feel fuller for longer. Perfect for breakfast!
Boil 400 ml of herbal drink or water, add 100 g of oatmeal and boil for 5-6 minutes. Cover with a lid and leave to swell for 2 minutes. You can add a teaspoon of Spanish Mahesalva or other seeds or nuts of your choice. For the sweet tooth: season with your choice of jam, nut or coconut cream, organic coconut poppy sugar or agave syrup. For the cheese lover: flavour with a vegetable spread or oil, organic soy or our Coconut Amino sauce.
