Organic Majorana
Marjoram may seem salty, slightly sweet or even bitter. It is added to soups, vegetable sauces, salads, tofu, sauces. Goes well with baked potatoes, pizza or pasta. Suitable for salting cucumbers and tomatoes, flavouring vinegar and tea.
Goes well with thyme, sage, rosemary, basil, tarragon. As with many spices, it is recommended to add marjoram at the end of the cooking process to preserve its strong aroma.
This herb can also be made into tea.
