Organic Japanese sea lettuce is made from several types of edible seaweed that are hand-harvested from their natural environment, hand-packed, liquid-bottomed with “Japanese dressing” and sterilized with appropriate heat treatment.
Consumption: can be used without prior processing. Used as an addition to salads, to flavour cooked and fried vegetables or potatoes.
Suitable for consumption by all except infants and young children.
Suitable for vegans and vegetarians.
Not suitable for people allergic to gluten, SOY and/or SEED.
Seaweed* (65%) (seaweed* - Himanthalia elongata, wakame* - Undaria pinnatifida, kombu* - Laminaria ochroleuca), extra virgin olive oil*, sunflower oil*, SOY PASTE* (water, SOY*, WHEAT*, sea salt and cabbage), SALT* and sea salt.
