Organic fennel seeds

The seeds have a strong, sweet taste and the smell of anise. Fennel essential oil, abundant in the seeds, has spasmolytic and antiseptic properties. Prevents putrefaction and fermentation in the intestines, promotes digestion, as well as secretion from the mammary glands.

Fennel seeds can be added to salads and sauces. They go well in homemade mayonnaise.
