Olive oil of the highest category, obtained from the first cold pressing by mechanical means only. The oil is produced exclusively from olives from organic plantations, without the use of artificial fertilisers.
Cold-pressed, not suitable for heat treatment.
Suitable for use in soups, ready meals, salads, cold sauces.
Olive oil is rich in vitamin E. It also contains antioxidants, Omega 3 and Omega 6 fats.
The recommended daily allowance for an adult is 1-2 tablespoons of olive oil. Can also be used externally on sensitive, irritated skin after consulting a dermatologist.
