Cocoxim – a mild coconut cream has vfrom fresh young coconuts by cold pressing, preserving all the beneficial properties of coconut. A delicious alternative to animal cream. Ideal for soups, stews, sauces, desserts, ice cream or cocktails. Does not contain preservatives, so the thick consistency may separate at lower temperatures. The altered consistency of the product does not affect the quality of the product.
