The tea of the musk is famous for its soothing properties. It is rich in antioxidants such as apigenin, which help reduce inflammation, support digestion and promote relaxation and better sleep.
Preparation
Pour one teabag (2 g) over a glass of boiling water, cover with a lid and steep for 10-15 minutes. Drink 1-2 times a day.
