Organic cashew nuts cream is a great all-purpose substitute for dairy products as it lacks a strong nutty taste. Creamare used to spread on toast, thicken sauces, whip up cocktails, smoothies and flavour porridges. You can also use it as a base for flourless bread, cookies or brownies. After diluting the cream with water to the desired consistency, you can make a vegan cashew nuts drink or “kefir”, which is perfect for cold vegan sandwiches (just squeeze in lemon juice and add salt).
