Organic cardamom pods

Cardamom is a valuable and popular spice that can be added to both food and drink. Traditionally, coffee is flavoured with cardamom in many countries.
It is added to sweets, biscuits and gingerbread (especially during the winter holidays). Add cardamom to marinades, wine, spicy stews, sautéing seitan. Cardamom has a refreshing effect, which is why it was chewed in ancient times and is still chewed in some countries after meals to remedy bad breath.

It is one of the most precious and expensive spices.
