In the production process, coconut water is not treated with chemicals, it is free of additives and preservatives. Organic – “Cocoxim” is made from fresh young coconuts, strictly following ecological standards in all production processes, from growing the nuts to packaging the coconut water. Coconuts are fertilised only with organic fertilisers, without synthetic pesticides, and harvested from palm trees by hand. During the production process, the coconut water is heated at a high temperature for a very short time (140 – 144 ºC / 4 seconds), thus preserving all the beneficial properties of coconut. Ecological packaging – made from FSC-certified wood sourced only from sustainably grown forests, without the use of additives from uncertified forests. The producer supports and promotes organic farming.
