Five programmes – Cocktails/Sauces, Hot Soups, Sauces and Dressings, Frozen Desserts and Wash – automatically set the appliance’s time and speed depending on the size of the blending bowl and stop the blender at the end of the programme.

Smoothies: fruit, green or protein smoothies in just 50 seconds

Frozen desserts: you can enjoy vanilla chocolate or banana strawberry ice cream in 60 seconds. During this programme, push the ingredients towards the cutting blades with a mallet.

Hot soups: prepare a soup of perfect consistency in 5:45 minutes.

When making ice cream and thick dishes such as nut butter or chickpea hummus, the nui included in the Vitamix makes the job much easier. Thanks to this, the chopper does not have to stop and scrape the ingredients off the container walls.

Technological innovation: the blender with SELF-DETECT technology:

All blenders in the ASCENT series are equipped with SELF-DETECT technology, which allows the blender to “recognise” the container. In this way, the blender adapts the automatic programmes to the selected container capacity and the appliance will not start working until the container is correctly positioned on the motor block. For example, if you select the Cocktails programme and place a small container on the blender, the appliance will run for less time and use less electricity. When the Hot Soup programme is selected, the appliance will only work when a container with a lid is placed on the blender, as the openings of the 2-litre container are necessary for the hot steam to escape. If the selected programme is not suitable for the selected dish, the blender will not start. Thanks to this technological innovation, the blender is safe and easy to use, even for novice users.

New base: the new 2 litre Vitamix Ascent container has a transparent lid with a locking system, which means that the A3500 blender will only start working when the lid is properly closed. The translucent lid allows you to observe the prepared dishes and their consistency without interrupting the process. If you want to add additional ingredients during grinding, you can do so by opening the flap on the lid.

Want to make puree for your baby, a glass of fruit cocktail or conveniently chop an onion? Then choose 0,6 l or 0,225 l grinding jars. Even very small portions of food can be prepared with these durable containers, made from Tritan material without harmful bisphenol A (BPA-free).
