Usage:
Drinking: 1-2 drops twice a day. Use diluted with a spoonful of syrup or herb jam. Scots pine soothes and clears the airways.

Diffusion (inhalation of essential oil vapours): 5 to 10 drops in hot water depending on your personal preference and the size of the room.
