Instead of rice, it is recommended to use peeled organic raw oat croup grown in Lithuania. The product should be soaked to speed up its preparation. After grinding in a blender or coffee grinder (depending on the duration), you get fresh oatmeal or oat flour. Oat flakes and oatmeal obtained in this way go rancid quickly, so always grind them in the right quantities. The germination of hulled oats is difficult because most of the hairs covering the grains have been mechanically removed.
Oats are one of the most useful foods. It is an excellent source of potassium, magnesium, phosphorus, chromium, iron, iodine, vitamins A, B1, B2, B6, E and P. Foods made from oats give you a full feeling of fullness, so you don’t have to munch for long. Oatmeal is low in calories, low in fat and high in protein and fibre.
