Soya flakes are used as a meat alternative to fillings, additives, etc.
They must be treated before use. Soak the soy flakes in the hot vegetable broth for about 10 minutes. Season (it’s best to press lightly), then cook as you like: roast, marinate, fry or stew with vegetables.
