You can eat organic millet groats cooked into porridge and flavoured with olive oil, or as a sweet for a feast. You can also mix croup with other cereal soups and cook them together.
Preparation: wash the millet groats, boil in salted water at a ratio of 1:3 (1 portion millet, 3 portions water) over low heat for about 20 minutes.
