Corn pudding (for 4 people) Pour 250 g of corn starch into 1.5 l of boiling water. Cook stirring at low temperature for 2 min. Cover with a lid and leave to stand for 5 minutes. Soolase 100 g of grated vegan cheese can be mixed into the porridge. If you want a sweet porridge, you can cook it with a herbal drink instead of water. After cooking, sweeten with dates or sweeteners of your choice and add melted vegetable butter or organic oil.
