Organic brown round rice has a specific aroma and flavour, which makes it a harmonious match for many dishes. All the valuable nutrients are retained in the husk, so brown round rice is more valuable than husked rice. Brown round rice is recommended for risotto, rice stews and salads.
Preparation: boil the washed rice at a ratio of 1:2 (1 portion of rice to 2 portions of water) over low heat for about 35 minutes. Then drain, leave the rice in the pot to set for about 5 minutes and add to the dishes.
