Dried organic seaweed spaghetti
Organically grown dehydrated seaweed spaghetti. The seaweeds are hand-harvested from the natural environment of the Galician coast (Bay of Biscay and Portuguese waters). The algae are dehydrated at low temperature.
Fresh algae are brown in colour, elongated, narrow in shape and take on a green tinge when cooked. Fleshy texture and iodine taste.

How to use: the product must be pre-treated before use: either boil for 10 minutes or soak in water for 20 minutes, then change the water and soak for another 20 minutes (the mass of the dried seaweed increases fivefold).
Serving suggestions: rehydrate or boil as an accompaniment to salads and other dishes. Used as an ingredient in pasta, rice, stews, soups and snacks.
Suitable for consumption by all except infants and young children.
Suitable for vegans and vegetarians.
Approximately 2 g of dehydrated and 9 g of rehydrated algae pellets contain 150 µg of iodine (SPC according to EU Regulation No 1169/2011).
