Organic coconut flour
Organic coconut flour is made from coconut pulp grown in Sri Lanka. The flour has a distinct coconut aroma and a delicate sweet taste. We recommend as an addition to pastries, desserts, cocktails, muesli, fruit salad. Used in soups, stews and sauces, it not only adds thickness but also an exotic flavour. It is recommended to add up to 10% coconut flour to the soya dough.
